    I love this! I think we're trained as kids to think we have to fit into a box in order to be successful. It no longer applies in our society. We need to change the way we teach our kids and interact with our employees. Thanks for posting this. I too am a Strengths Finder fan- he breaks down how our strengths need to be utilized in the workplace, by appreciating the strengths of others and by owning what we have to contribute.

    I came from a company before GOOD that never let me use my talents- or just didn't know what to do with me. I love that GOOD is a place where I can explore my talents and figure out how to excel. I love this point in this article: "Always reward initiative, even when it fails." It's really important to stay positive when working with team members- and failing is a HUGE part of the process that leads to success. I think game changers should be working together- and motivating those that don't necessarily feel they can be game changers.
