    Cheese is not even good for you. If you eat correctly as a vegan, Vegetarian, or even the standard diet, meat should only be consumed about three times a week. "Bread products" or starches have very little value as being nutritious. In all these diets the primary intake should be fruits and vegetables. Humans have relied way to much on meat, dairy, and starch. I believe any diet you choose, just choose to make it a healthy one.

    I like your article and share some of your thoughts, but there are so many different kind of vegans...
    I am a vegan and love animals, and loved cheese, and like PETA but also dislike radicalism and intolerance. You can just be all of that, or nothing. And sometimes is simply... confusing.
    In my opinion, there is not a better or worse vegan.

    People who say "at least you are not one of "those" something..." are just the most intolerant.
