Another, very helpful tool that I use when it comes to GMOs and a plethora of other social issues is an app called BUYCOTT. You scan bar codes of products and it alerts you of companies that have supported the defeat of Prop 37 - GMO Labeling.

Very helpful piece! I just read an article about how GMO foods are so abnormal considering so many other countries outlaw them or at least label them. It's frustrating that it's so difficult for us to control what we eat in terms of GMO foods.
I'm wondering if you know anything about what's going to happen in the future in regards to labeling GMO foods? I don't know as much as I wish I did regarding this issue. I'd love to hear your thoughts on this!

Thank you Marty. I do wonder about how we may rely on GMO foods down the line. This is helpful. I heard an NPR report on GMO corn- and it's crazy how originally, bugs were not attracted to the corn, but now, they've become immune and are starting to destroy crops.
