How YouTube Plans to Provide Education in China

Although lectures and videos of college professors have been available on YouTube for years, YouTube EDU is the service’s attempt to formalize class offerings online. Started in 2009, now YouTube EDU is expanding into China and Taiwan, offering classes in from local universities who have uploaded more than 140 classes since the beginning of the year.
