The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation has invested $100 million in the Empowering Effective Teachers (EET) Initiative in Hillsborough County, Florida (the eighth largest school district in the nation). This comprehensive teacher evaluation and support system is kind of a big deal on the national scene--groundbreaking, some are calling it. But what do *teachers* think?
