How Elmo Can Help Kids Make Healthier Lunch Choices

Elmo is now poised to become famous for more than his maniacal tickle-induced laugh. A new study from Cornell University's Food and Brand Lab suggests that when given the choice between an apple and a cookie, kids will choose the healthier option so long as its branded with an Elmo sticker. What does this mean for the future of food branding? Could this be a means to educate kids on healthy eating?
