    Are you sure that "most" undergrads live on campus? That's obviously not true when you take community college students into account, but honestly I have to wonder if it's even accurate for university students. Either way, while the message of this article and TDM in general is great, students are the bulk of the population at any school and many of them also live off campus--hopefully TDM programs take them into account as well. I know they do at many universities (like U Washington, where I studied and currently work), but I'm going back to school at USC soon and it appears there isn't a U-Pass style program for undergrads there, which seems ludicrous to me.
