Bithlo, Florida is a town of 8,000 that is just 30 minutes outside Orlando and the “happiest place on Earth” — but is beset by poverty, illiteracy, unemployment and toxic dumps that have infiltrated the drinking water. So what does it take to improve the health outcomes of a community that's experienced a century of neglect?

    I can't believe they were able to bring medical care and a transportation system to the community. I'd love to see Detroit enact changes the way they did. I wish they wrote manuals for all these ways they transformed their community!
