"Widespread online-only higher ed will be disastrous for students and professors."
I'm a fan/student of #MOOCs, an advocate of free education. However, I spent five years developing and programming online courses and found it difficult to compete against #MOOCs. I met so many talented, knowledgeable instructors who were passionate about their area of expertise and loved interacting and engaging in student outreach. With #MOOCs, this aspect of education is lost. Can we find a middle ground?
