Homeless Man Turns in $42,000, Crowdfunders Raise Over $150,000 for Him in Return

Glen James, a homeless man living in Boston, astounded everyone last month when he stumbled upon $42,000 in cash and travelers checks and then calmly turned it over to police. His selfless act kicked off a donation frenzy in his name, netting over $150,000 in 22 days. The money is now being shuffled into a trust fund to support James as he moves into transitional housing in nearby Cambridge. "It kind of restored my faith in makes you realize there are decent people in this world."
