Historic House's Future is in Community Development

The Logan House in Philadelphia was built by the grandson of James Logan, William Penn's secretary. The house's past mirrors the neighborhood's history of neglect, crime and abandonment. Today, the community is searching for a tenant to not only preserve the house, but provide youth development and invest in the neighborhood's future.

Not all historic houses can become museums. But what if they could serve as an anchor for community revitalization?
