This is why I love our technology advancements. This system that turns ordinary objects to smart objects would not only spark a quirky conversation between man and object but could ask provide important feedback to the relevant persons managing the objects. For example, if a lamppost lacks servicing or is not operating properly the management could “text” the said lamppost and it would provide them statistical information. With marquee for hire being ever so in demand, a cool tweak to them would be making them programmable smart objects which would, for example, answer enquiries made by guests about a couple’s history in a wedding event.
