Healthcare reform: design and usability

With all of the drama going on with the current United States healthcare reform (and the dreaded shutdown), I was excited to hear that our own Minnesota "MNSure" website launched (fairly smoothly) yesterday. Although there were a few hiccups with the server performance due to high traffic, the MNsure team worked through the issues and will continue to add additional functionality to the site throughout the coming weeks...(click to continue)...

    It definitely still has a long way to go. It will be interesting to see where we are all at in a few months.

    Really cool that your state's site is working out. In CA, it's sad that some people don't even know about their resources. I wish it was publicized more, especially in lower income areas.
