The article titled 5 Healthy Habits Early Days That Must Know is a great article filled with info that can be used everyday by everyone. I agree with all 5 especially breakfast as I have always saw that as more of fuel than a meal. I also like the mornings for a lot of reasons including those listed in the article. There is nothing more serene than shooting jumpshots all alone at the park at day break.
