Play is simply essential and to incorporate it into our complex lives is fantastic! Bravo. The further you are from your child mindset the less joy is realized in life. It is essential to let go of the adult mindset regularly, innocently play, which grounds the psyche in the fact that we are wondrous creatures without the mental gymnastics often attributed to that type of thinking. Go and play and you will find joy and happiness a much deeper part of your daily existence. Incorporate it into your work day and you will find untapped creativity at your fingertips.

So often we think play is optional, a reward if a job is well done. What I love about this business winner is for once we're seeing innovation as play mixed in. We get to see how businesses can benefit with programs that allow employees to productively play, whether through training, etc. I would love to see what the comparative results are, and how we can take these learnings and apply to our company. Congratulations!
