Generation Stuck: The Plight of the Twenty-Something in This Struggling Economy

I really enjoyed reading through this debut series of the iLab, a new initiative at WBUR. "Today’s twenty-somethings were raised on a promise that never seemed to pan out. Having grown up in an economy that did nothing but expand, they graduated into the worst recession since the Great Depression." Gen Stuck conducted a national survey on the status & viewpoints of 22-to-29 years olds, & collected their stories around a number of topics, from unemployment to debt, to the "American Dream."

      I think this statistic is particularly interesting, that “49% of 22-to-29 year olds feel their economic situation will end up the same or worse than their parents.”
