whose got the best virtual office software to link up talents across geography?

I don't think that there are any good solutions. Cisco has some nice solutions but they are super expensive. There are really no good solutions that do anything more than fancy video chatting, that I have seen.

gonna be a boon whoever solves a simple translation campfire that allows one to run an office with all the talent that's coming up all around the world. Have you seen how hard singapore has been marketing for US businesses to head over there. It's fucking crazy. And there argument is really strong - lower costs, big supply of talent, and nearby access to the largest growing consumer population on the planet.

I am pro moving GOOD to singapore. It would solve a lot of my hiring problems....

The thing to really be afraid of is that all of the CHIIP are producing high tech workers at a much much higher rate than the US. Right now our chief export is technology (and culture) but we don't have a workforce that can really continue to back that up.
