For Men, Skipping Breakfast May Lead to Higher Risk of Heart Disease

Men who skip breakfast may suffer from a higher risk of having a heart attack according to a 16-year study that looked at 27,000 men. Published in the journal Circulation, the study cited a 27 percent higher rate of coronary heart disease in men who forewent breakfast--something that could be fatal. Researchers are unsure what it is about breakfast that is so good, but it's believed the timing of the morning meal may help regulate our internal clocks, optimizing body performance.
