LA chowhounds all know Guelaguetza, the Oaxacan institution that's been serving up real-deal mole, tlayudas, and chapulines for two decades. This radio story gets pretty personal with the family behind that venerable mini-chain of restaurants. It turns out that Fernando, the patriarch, has decided on an unlikely second act: he's returning to Oaxaca to open an LA-style burger shop.
