    Most smart phones already have that... It is called "Accessibility options".

    Know what would be better then that -- A blind person would love a phone that had a panel / face that could print braille-text patterns on the panel... It could be like one of those toys that use metal rods too outline things( like the toy in this video ), but instead would create braille message.

    The lil project-ray... If it wants to be unique and renovation... Have a device that could make braille patterns on the phone. That would be the only way to have a true phone for the blind.
