    Most smart phones already have that... It is called "Accessibility options".

    Know what would be better then that -- A blind person would love a phone that had a panel / face that could print braille-text patterns on the panel... It could be like one of those toys that use metal rods too outline things( like the toy in this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mDsqpeiTqg8 ), but instead would create braille message.

    The lil project-ray... If it wants to be unique and renovation... Have a device that could make braille patterns on the phone. That would be the only way to have a true phone for the blind.
