What an amazing idea. I've been to New Zealand and its usually so beautiful and clear you can see the stars so well as it is, I can't imagine how incredible it would be with all the lights out.

I love this concept. I recently visited a small mountain community and it was amazing how many of the houses weren't lit up at night- and how many more stars I could see as a result. I think what's most reassuring about this is that they're saving energy too!
