Teaching requires a mind set for different age groups.

Elementary K-5 really require the teacher to be more instructive and demeaning in instruction. Like a parent.

6-12 ... Requires more attentiveness. The instructor needs to be able to set off into a more individual instructions.

In college -- Its a collaboration of that, the teacher needs to be able to explain thoroughly and teach.

Teaching isn't something everyone can do and it does require great amount of patients. The teacher has to see people as individual of any age. The teacher should enjoy teaching and enlightening.

I've had countless opportunities to teach. But I couldn't... Not that I would do a bad job, but I can tell when someone's been mistreated and I'm very cynical and I would oblige myself into confrontations with shitty parents. Teaching, counseling, tutoring is difficult... I can do it better one-on-one, also... Also a lot of information can be taken wrong way. I don't like the idea of setting people in motion and my message not being persistent in meaning. Not everyone will ask questions and I always try to get people to be more questionable to everything. Not to be anal-retentive about it, but some things... If you do not understand it fully, it can be deprived to something else. In many scenarios a mislook detail can be a massive disaster.

Teaching is a practice that, requires a open mind... Allways needing to look at various of principles in psychological methods. Its just about what age group you teach best in, when teaching and each range of teaching requires a psychological approach in the teacher's mind set.
