End of the Road? Americans May Have Just Reached Peak Driving

A new report shows that only 67 percent of 16-34 year olds have driver's licenses—the lowest number since the LBJ Administration. Those who are driving are driving fewer miles and the number of miles traveled on public transportation in that age group has increased 40 percent in the last decade. Have we reached peak car?
