Employee Art Show at the School of Visual Arts

Minah Kim

The idea for the first ever SVA Employee Art Show was initially conceived upon the surprising discovery that many of those who work for the school (i.e. the security guards, janitors, administrative assistants, mailroom staff...etc.) are also talented and passionate artists. I love that honors the artist in everyone, no matter if their day job seems creative or not. Way to go, SVA--Hope folks in the NYC area come out for this!

I completely agree. The school has been great about making sure each member of the SVA community is also part of the greater SVA family. The show reception will be on July 18 at the SVA Gallery on 203 E. 25th St. Hope to see you there!

Correction: The address is actually 209 E. 23rd St.!
