Food Explorers Develop Healthy Habits While They’re Young

You've seen a lot of push for not so healthy food for kids by big industrial food companies. It's refreshing to know that there are some initiatives out there that countering that push with the help of south metro schools in Minneapolis/Saint Paul area by participating a healthy food education programs. Kudos to the educators, chefs, dietician, and public health experts.

    Amazing. The idea of having a whole class centered around exploring food is genius!
