Aptly titled, The Clean Plates Cookbook, this is packed with nutritional advice and healthy, sustainable recipes for any type of diet, whether omnivore, vegetarian or vegan. The main objective is that there is no one right diet for everyone; it's much more important to find ingredients with the most nutrients, and with the least carbon footprint.
