Taking the stairs and having standing meetings are the easiest ways to get your body moving at work.

It's so hard to stay fit in an office job! Thankfully my boss is ok with me bringing dumbbells to work, and I can use them during breaks.

I guess I should thank my boss for stopping the "community feedings" at my office. No more cakes, cookies or candy except for special occasions (X-mas, etc.). Even our CPA firm has stopped bringing in donuts during our annual audit!

Jeff has a walking desk in his office. He can walk 5+ miles a day while working. If sitting all day is the problem, the walking desk may be the solution!

I appreciate the fact that brands like Naked are really trying to change the mode of health in consumers' lives. Many brands would be focused on the sale and purchasing patterns of their products, not caring about the lives of individual consumers. These tips show me, someone who loves the Green Machine by the way, that they care about what choices I make beyond the purchasing of their product. As someone who does sit in front of the computer staring at a screen all day, I need the reminder more than ever to prep to eat healthy, stand up and walk around, and to make better choices on behalf of my health. Love this!

Although it's great to post healthy living tips, and these are good, I wanted to say that I love Good so much for the people and initiatives you support, and I don't think you should have ocmpanies like Naked advertised here when they are known for using GMOs in non GMO products, and are facing class action lawsuits, in their supposed ' all natural products'. I myself as an ecologically conscious vegan would never consume something with such a reputation knowing they are compromsing the sustainability of our planet. here is a link to read more:

Naked is also owned by PEPSI co. sustainable? GOOD? i think not. we all know what diet soda has done to our kids and health, not to mention our environment.

The naked and pepsi co brand has also been known ``Both of the industry giants donated millions to defeat proposition 37, the GMO labeling act`` ... so yes, follow their health tips, but don't support their product or company.. make your own smoothies at home or support a more ethical company that is truly GOOD.

I was thinking the same thing 'GreenVegan', their term all natural is very deceiving.

Thanks for the tips! I definitely need to stop sitting as much!
