Any anxious soon-to-be or current post-grads out there in the world drowning in daunting thoughts about abilities, self-worth and the meaning of life? Well, I preach this to you as I preach it to myself: Don't be afraid to ask for what you want.

Take Courtney Baxter. She's a 23-year-old working at the OpEd Project, an organization created to change "the world's conversation," all because she wrote an "email version of...[a] half-court basketball shot." She asked for help.

So do it. Just ask.
