Did You Know: Growing Your Own Food is Illegal?

I had to read this article twice because I couldn't believe the backward-thinking it revealed.

A man in Georgia (the state, not the country), was fined $25,000 for growing too many vegetable in his backyard. City officials in Canada have bulldozed gardens belonging to people who replaced their front lawns with food. A woman in Tulsa, OK used her edible garden to treat her diabetes and high-blood pressure. The city cut it down.
