    This is great. I saw a special on Food Network over Thanksgiving called The Big Waste, where chefs were only allowed to use food pulled from the garbage, or on its way to the garbage. It was all fine food, but maybe was shaped strangely or was slightly bruised. It was awesome to see Food Network take on this issue, and it's even more awesome to see what Culinary Misfits is doing.
