    Oatmeal and nuts (particularly walnuts and almonds) help increase serotonin levels as well--these are my guilty pleasures.

      I should really try this more often. I feel like I just eat chocolate. I wonder how many berries it takes to boost your mood though??

    Thank you for posting this article, I have been for many years and still on the quest to educate people about creating a "good mood" through food. In addition, I truly believe that the foods we eat can greatly effect our success, confidence and relationships. It's a joy to see that more and more scientific evidence is coming out and to see someone like yourself Amy, spreading this important information.
