I use a tech app called UnrollMe (https://unroll.me/). It has truly changed my life. The first time I used it I had to go through literally hundreds of emails and sort by STAY in email, ROLLUP into one daily "rollup" email or UNSUBSCRIBE). Today, my email is SO manageable. Each day, I get one email with the "rollup" emails along with a list of new subscriptions that have been added, which I then sort. What used to take at least 30 minutes a day now takes about 1. This free tool is a real keeper. Can't recommend it highly enough.

when i label something it stays in my inbox
if i label something will it get erased in the future or do i have to archive it too?

    • Lori Kidwell

You have to archive it. A label is just a label.

Hi Bobby, the inbox is a label, too. "Archive" just removes the inbox label.

Messages will only be erased if you move them to Trash. Archive is just an easy way to get messages out of your inbox without deleting them. You don't need to use Archive in order to keep your mail safe.

Is there any way to get the phone numbers out of an email?
