    Thank you so much for articulating this, Jose. I don't know if people realize that whenever teachers are demonized as folks who aren't that talented, only got into teaching because they couldn't do anything else, are lazy, only want a bigger paycheck, get summers off, and are terrible at their jobs, what's really being communicated is that a group of professionals who are majority women are too untalented and lazy to get "real" jobs, want a bigger paycheck for not working as hard as "real" professionals, i.e., men.
