Chicago Restaurant Generates Zero Trash in Two Years

Visit a part of the city where there are lots of restaurants and you'll *know* when it's trash day. No matter how good the food inside the restaurants smell, the trash can be smelled long before the delicious offerings.

This isn't true for "Sandwich Me In" a Chicago-based "quick service eatery" who has worked to generate no waste and has been successful (aside from the odd trash item brought in by a customer) for two years now.
