Bitcoin100 gives away $1,000 to non-profits that accept Bitcoin donations online

Too much money and not enough takers is an odd situation in philanthropy. Yet the founders of Bitcoin 100 have too few non-profits applying for their $1,000 gift.

Dozens of non-profits have benefitted from Bitcoin100's giveaway, including Khan Academy and Bread for the City. Sites only have to prominently show that Bitcoin donations are accepted. That's it. Setting up a Bitcoin wallet securely can seem a daunting task. This author is available for advice and tips -- just message her!
