Better than Compostable Tableware? A Spoon You Can Eat

There's one big problem with compostable, corn-based tableware: in most places, there isn't any option for composting, and your spoon or fork ends up in the trash. (Another problem: some studies have shown it actually takes more energy to make bio-plastic than oil-based plastic, but that's another story). These spoons are different: they come in different flavors, and you eat them at the end of your meal. I still vote for regular silverware, but this might be useful in some situations...
