    I think it less about working out and more about having the discipline of setting time aside to workout !

    I try to do weights, situps, and pushups, then stairs. But- I feel like it's not enough! I need to try to bike more!

      Have you tried adding in more cardio? Also, how much time do you allot? I would experiment doing more reps to elongate the duration.

        Time to do aerobics. I love dancing. That's my favorite cardio. I need to go to class!
