    I wonder if people notice when you show them these paintings that the trees are gone. Sure, and art lover might recognize it instantly, but what about an average person? Interesting.

      I don't think it would be obvious unless you put the two images side by side. But once you do, it's pretty revealing.

      I'm an "average person", i think this paintings, without trees, will not be exposed anywere. Nobody can consider those "masterpices".

        Do you mean they just aren't impressive without the trees? (For the record, I consider myself to be pretty "average" when it comes to art.) :)
