This is one of my favorite things a comedian has ever done. The fact that she is actually making impact makes me so happy- bec not many comedians think beyond their work/television/getting famous. I love how George Carlin really made great statements about politics/social impact/the environment- but this takes it to a new level. Do you know of other comedians that are making impact?

I know that some wealthy comedians give to charity, but I haven't heard of anyone actively campaigning to make a change like Amy Poehler. I agree--it's my favorite thing a comedian has done too!
