A Tunnel Designed for Water and Cars

As coastal cities like New York start to deal with more flooding, what can they learn from places like Kuala Lumpur, which already has frequent monsoons? This tunnel, built in 2007, can still be used even when other roads would be flooded—it has an extra layer just to handle water. Even during monsoons, people can still get where they need to go.
