    That's a really interesting seems like it would be hard to sustain for most designers I know (who are already working so hard that I think doubling their workload would be unimaginable!). It's great for those that can pull it off. We'll be publishing something later this week from Tythe Design, which donates 10% of their time. Tythe also chooses paying clients whose work they believe in.

      We are actually actively working on ways to make our model more obtainable to the general audience of design studio owners / the freelance market at large. It really is a replicable model, and it sounds terrifying, but it is amazing the business success (and impact) it can drive.
