        Please do tell. I bet our community at would be so excited about this. I'd love to see this used for molecular gastronomy. Not sure if it could be- but molecular gastronomy fascinates me. The physics/science of food! Reminds me of this great food project by Joshua Trefaut. He takes pics of frozen leftovers:
