A Giant Printer for Solar Cells

In the never-ending quest to make solar cells cheaper, Australian researchers have made a printer that can quickly print out low-cost flexible solar cells the size of A3 paper. They can be printed on plastic or metal, so they could eventually go on the walls of buildings, or printed directly onto roofs. The process, the researchers say, is similar to screenprinting a t-shirt.
