A City Without Skyscrapers: Reimagining Livability in Shanghai

Imagine sideways skyscrapers flipping social classes. In Flip/City, a PinkCloud.dk vision, "green space would connect workplaces, shops, and residences for people of various incomes on a vertical scale. Communal watering holes would also allow residents to get to know their neighbors in places other than the lobby or mailroom." Creating a more diverse landscape of cities not only democratizes space, but also leads to healthier communities. But how possible is it?
