      Okay. Then let's get extreme. Let's start a campaign to wipe out softdrinks and coffee. I think you'll see a huge impact, especially in the area of health. "Meat" is far less damaging to health unless taken in excess. Unfortunately, softdrinks and coffee are usually always taken in excess.

    Extremism has impacts on our planet no matter which way you go. Eating all veggies all the time is not the answer for planet or health.

      This article is not proposing 'eating all veggies all the time'. It suggests ways to shift the collective diet of America from one dominated by consuming meat to a more balanced diet. This IS healthier and IS better for the planet.
