Some useful tips here on food storage; you can never emphasis enough how important it is to control the right fridge temperature and the benefits of air-tight containers I always think. It’s astounding how little people still seem to know about how to use a fridge properly. I have seen instances many times where nothing can be stored in the freezer as it has never been defrosted and is full of ice, and food stored in the fridge in open containers. All it needs is a bit of education at school about these basic food storage rules.
