Exercising outside allows us to connect to, and appreciate, the beauty and design of God's creation. It is also an opportunity for us to create small, environmental, collaborative, art installations for others to contemplate. This normally involves rocks, sticks, leaves, dirt, moss, etc...the "canvas" is always ready for whatever "medium" we use!
