Trash day is an overlooked shared experience we have with the neighbors on our block. Every person on the block puts these colorful objects out in front of their house. Let's utilize them! To celebrate Neighborday‬, the San Francisco League of Creative Interventionists chapter will be attaching separate lines from a short story or poem to all of the trash cans on one block. Passersby and neighbors are invited to follow the story down the block, stopping in front of neighbors' houses and opening the potential for spontaneous interactions.
