Do it for your heart! Take the stairs instead of the elevator.

Did you know we can reduce the risk of developing heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, and also improve our quality of life by adding a modest 30 minutes of moderate physical activity to our day?

At GOOD HQ we have 17 flights of stairs to help us clock in on our 30 minutes. For the next month I'm committing to taking the stairs at least once a day. Do you have some stairs near you? Join me!
