The UN and World Health Organization define access to water and sanitation as a basic human right, yet many San Franciscans go without.

Currently, there are 8 facilities offering showers for the men, women and children who make the streets of this city their home.

That translate to roughly 16 shower stalls for 3,100+ homeless people.
